Internal coordination within music, audio post-prod, client services - costing and casting teams. Production representative of the audio production house to agency and client. Liaison for production to the advertiser.
There's already a designated point person who will coordinate internally with the different teams working on the project. The project manager is knowledgeable about audio production and can give insight and recommendations to the client during production.
Everything is packaged based on the requirements of a project and the overall budget is managed as long as it's within the agreed-on parameters.
A production timeline is provided to the client at the beginning of a project. A note is given that timelines may adjust depending on the revisions of client, turn around time of comments, and the extent of revisions that need to be done. We cast talents who can work within the client's given timetable and breakdate.
Since things are done in-house, communication is better with the departments working on the project.
